Why I am running.

I am not running for Coroner because I want a title. I am running because the office serves the people of Skagit County at the moment they most need to be served well — and because the standard of that service is not something the state alone can set. Voters set it. Character sets it. The quiet, careful work of a lifetime sets it.

I am asking for the chance to bring that work to this office. To answer the phone when a family needs the truth. To honor every neighbor, every faith, every community. To run an office Skagit can see into and trust. That is the whole of it.
